Veterans and DVA
We welcome enquiries from veterans and current or former Australian Defence Force members.
Our clinicians understand that service experiences, transition to civilian life, physical injury, relationships and identity can interact with mental health. Assessment considers your history and circumstances as a whole, not a single presenting problem.
Referrals, eligibility and costs
Referral, prior-approval and billing requirements depend on the service, your eligibility and the clinic’s current DVA arrangements.
Holding a Veteran Card does not by itself mean a service will be provided without an out-of-pocket cost. Please contact the clinic before booking so reception can confirm the referral pathway, the accepted billing arrangement and any documents required.
Sending records
Please ask your referrer to email your referral to reception@wolpsychmed.com.au. Contact reception before sending additional clinical records or service documents.
